A giggling madman escapes from an insane asylum, intent on avenging his father’s death. His obsession results in a killing spree. Unfortunately for his “patients,” the laughing lunatic uses medical tools as weapons (a hypodermic needle is his favorite). Can anyone stop the psycho pseudosurgeon?
